Financial Analyst (Saudi National)

About the role

The Financial Analyst will support end‑to‑end reporting, tracking and monitoring of SG&A spend for GSK Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include monthly tracking of Advertising & Promotion and Scientific Engagement spend, aligning with business functions, and ensuring accurate accruals during the close process.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise close and control activities on profit and loss, monitor budget vs. actual P&L and provide commentaries to regional teams.
• Prepare monthly and ad‑hoc financial reports, track SG&A spend, and ensure completeness of accruals.
• Support the Senior Finance Business Partner during planning cycles, develop financial plans, forecasts and updates.
• Analyze Gross‑to‑Net variance, recommend cost‑saving measures and drive process‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with commercial teams and use analytical tools such as Power BI to deliver actionable insights.

Required profile

• Saudi national, based in Riyadh.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• SOCPA membership (mandatory) and preferably additional finance qualifications (CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, CMA, CIMA).
• 1‑3 years of corporate finance or Big 4 experience; pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
