About the role

The Financial Control & Reporting Specialist will support the finance team in preparing accurate financial statements and regulatory reports. This role ensures compliance with international standards and assists in maintaining reliable financial records.

Key responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and regulatory reports.
Support fixed‑asset and inventory record management, including reconciliations between ledgers and supporting systems.
Help align financial policies and procedures with IFRS and/or SOCPA standards.
Coordinate timely audit closures with external auditors.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
