Financial Planning Supervisor

About the role

The Financial Planning Supervisor will lead end‑to‑end financial transactions, ensure accurate accounting, and produce zakat, tax and financial reports for Saudi Telecom Company. This role combines detailed accounting work with strategic reporting to support operational and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake complex accounting activities, maintain accurate reconciliations and up‑to‑date bookkeeping.
• Analyze accounting processes to improve effectiveness, timeliness and accuracy.
• Implement accounting policies, standardise reporting templates and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Prepare management information reports, both routine and ad‑hoc, to meet statutory and audit standards.
• Evaluate accounting reports, identify variances, highlight discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage day‑to‑day team operations, provide support and resolve routine queries.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to build effective relationships and identify synergies.
• Drive data collation on hedge position performance and support internal and external customers with analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Marketing, Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial planning or profitability analysis.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with IFRS and GAAP accounting standards.
• Intermediate proficiency in data collection and analysis.
• Intermediate proficiency in financial reporting, zakat and tax.
