Financial Reporting & FP&A Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Financial Reporting & FP&A Analyst to join our Group Finance team. This role will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial statement preparation, group consolidation, and audit coordination across multiple entities within the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly management reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis.
• Assist with group consolidations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements.
• Coordinate with external and statutory auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, supporting documentation, and track audit requests.
• Develop and maintain financial models, reporting templates, and dashboards.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Excel.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and business support as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification preferred (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA).
• 4‑6 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, management reporting, financial reporting, financial statement preparation, group consolidation, or external audit coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience in group or holding companies, shared services, multi‑entity businesses, or large corporate finance functions is highly encouraged.
