First Officer – Boeing 787

About the role

Riyadh Air is seeking a First Officer for its Boeing 787 fleet, based at the Riyadh hub. The role involves operating international and domestic flights, working within a collaborative flight‑deck crew and adhering to the highest safety standards. The position offers a full‑time schedule with a lifestyle‑rostering option, subject to availability.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the Boeing 787 as First Officer on scheduled international and domestic routes.
• Work closely with the Captain and cabin crew to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
• Follow all airline standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in pre‑flight planning, briefings and post‑flight debriefings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time in a multi‑crew, multi‑engine jet aircraft (operating seat only).
• Valid ICAO ATPL and unrestricted Class 1 medical certificate.
• ICAO English language proficiency level 4 or higher.
• Highly motivated, collaborative and committed to safety and professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating the Boeing 787 aircraft.
• Experience with multi‑crew, multi‑engine jet operations.
