Fit Out Project Engineer – Riyadh (SAR 14K)

About the role

The Fit Out Project Engineer will independently manage large‑scale fit‑out projects on site in Riyadh, overseeing the full lifecycle from handover to final delivery. The role demands strong technical knowledge, coordination abilities and the capacity to make decisions with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Take full day‑to‑day responsibility for site projects, from client possession to final handover.
• Define project objectives, scope, programme and deliverables.
• Optimise use of labour, materials, plant and equipment for efficiency.
• Coordinate planning, design, estimating, procurement, contracting and construction activities.
• Maintain accurate project records, documentation and progress reports.
• Manage vendors, subcontractors and specialist trades on site.
• Communicate professionally with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.
• Implement project management systems covering cost control, programme, quality, contract administration and health & safety.
• Monitor performance, cost, quality and schedule, and proactively resolve issues.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in hospitality or high‑end fit‑out projects within the GCC.
• Proven track record delivering hotels, residential, retail, F&B, entertainment, healthcare or education projects.
• Experience with professional fit‑out contracting companies that have an in‑house workforce.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, comfortable in a multinational environment.
