About the role

The Flagman ensures safe and efficient vehicle movement on KBR Engineering sites in Saudi Arabia. This on‑site position is essential for maintaining traffic flow while protecting personnel and equipment.

Key responsibilities

Guide and direct traffic on the construction site to prevent bottlenecks.
Ensure all drivers adhere to safe driving practices.
Apply and enforce HSE rules, specifically SATORP standards.
Maintain proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for yourself and site personnel.
Attend scheduled safety and technical training sessions.
Complete competency‑based training programs as required.

Required profile

Minimum of 3 years experience in traffic control, site safety or a related field.

Required skills

Knowledge of HSE regulations, especially SATORP guidelines.
Proficiency in the correct use of PPE.
Ability to participate in and complete safety and technical training programs.
