Florist – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Florist will prepare, design, and deliver high‑quality floral arrangements for St. Regis hotel guests, public areas, and event spaces, ensuring a memorable experience that reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Trim, water, and prepare flowers for display.
• Receive and verify flower deliveries, log quantities, and reject items that do not meet quality standards.
• Design and create custom floral arrangements for public areas, restaurant outlets, banquets, and guest rooms.
• Deliver flowers and arrangements to customers, property sites, or off‑site locations and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
• Coordinate set‑up of floral displays and maintain a clean, organized storeroom.
• Follow cleaning checklists, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training.
• Uphold company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and protect confidential information.
• Greet guests courteously, answer telephone calls with proper etiquette, and develop positive working relationships.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
