Foreman Cladding

About the role

The Foreman Cladding is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Riyadh. You will lead cladding installation projects, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate cladding installation projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage team scheduling and supervise daily activities to meet deadlines.
• Inspect and maintain equipment used on site.
• Address project issues promptly.
• Foster effective communication between team members, contractors and management.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory skills to lead and coordinate teams.
• Proficiency with heavy equipment used in cladding operations.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with contractors and management.
• Hands‑on experience in carpentry and other cladding‑related tasks.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures for tools and equipment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cladding or related construction projects.
• Understanding of workplace safety protocols and compliance standards.
