Founding Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for short‑term rental businesses and needs a founding growth marketer to drive awareness, generate qualified leads and turn interest into demo bookings and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end‑to‑end or run across several, set strategy, launch campaigns and be accountable for results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings through paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals and industry partnerships.
• Understand property‑manager customers, their pain points and decision criteria.
• Run rapid experiments, test hooks, audiences, funnels and offers, scaling what works.
• Leverage AI for research, copy, targeting, content production and automation.
• Build and optimise funnels and landing pages to improve conversion from first impression to paying customer.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning, messaging and translating product capabilities into compelling reasons to choose Base360.
• Track performance metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition cost and pipeline contribution, and communicate insights.

• Strong hunger to become an expert growth marketer.
• AI‑savvy, comfortable using modern tools for testing and automation.
• Resourceful, self‑directed and able to achieve goals without detailed instructions.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in data, attribution and turning insights into action.
• Commercially focused, measuring success by qualified demand and customers.

Required skills

• Experience with paid advertising platforms, SEO, outbound prospecting, content creation, lifecycle marketing or partnership programs.
