About the role
Join Chalhoub Group’s luxury retail team as a Fragrances Consultant for Parfums De Marly at Westfield Jeddah Mall. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving fragrance sales.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and use product knowledge to meet sales targets.
- Maintain counter cleanliness, replenish stock, and handle new product launches and promotions.
- Advise customers on fragrance ranges, demonstrate usage, and communicate product benefits.
- Track daily and store‑level sales, generate reports, and monitor post‑launch performance.
- Ensure merchandising standards and stock levels are aligned with brand guidelines.
