About the role

Join Chalhoub Group’s luxury retail team as a Fragrances Consultant for Parfums De Marly at Westfield Jeddah Mall. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving fragrance sales.

Key responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and use product knowledge to meet sales targets.
Maintain counter cleanliness, replenish stock, and handle new product launches and promotions.
Advise customers on fragrance ranges, demonstrate usage, and communicate product benefits.
Track daily and store‑level sales, generate reports, and monitor post‑launch performance.
Ensure merchandising standards and stock levels are aligned with brand guidelines.
