About the role

We are seeking a Freight Forwarding Coordinator to join our Dammam operations. The role involves managing import and export shipments across air, sea and land, ensuring smooth documentation and timely delivery for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments via air, sea, and land.
• Handle shipping documentation and customs clearance procedures.
• Liaise with clients, shipping lines, transporters, and overseas agents.
• Track shipments and provide timely delivery updates to customers.
• Prepare freight quotations and manage operational coordination.
• Maintain shipment records and ensure compliance with logistics regulations.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination.
• Strong knowledge of shipping and customs documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with logistics systems.
