Procurement Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead all procurement activities within the VRS Contracting & Product Management department of Destination Management Company (DMC), a subsidiary of Red Sea Global. The role will ensure timely, cost‑effective and compliant sourcing of goods and services that support our shared services and broader organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual procurement plan aligned with budgets and operational requirements.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive procurement efficiency across all categories.
• Establish and maintain procurement policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing processes including RFQ, RFP, tender management and supplier evaluation.
• Maintain a pre‑qualified vendor database ensuring quality, compliance and performance standards.
• Build and manage strong supplier relationships to secure value for money and service continuity.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and conduct regular reviews.
• Negotiate competitive pricing, favourable terms and service level agreements with suppliers.
• Work with the Contracting team to ensure all procurement contracts are valid, compliant and properly executed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing or supply‑chain management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, RFQ/RFP processes and contract management.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance and risk management.
