Fulfillment Center Supervisor

About the role

Amazon Thunder is expanding its operations in Saudi Arabia and is looking for a Fulfillment Center Supervisor to lead shift management across first‑mile, middle‑mile, or final‑mile facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality order fulfillment while supporting a dynamic team of associates.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying and acting on safety opportunities.
• Train, coach, and manage associates to deliver top‑notch service to customers.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety standards.
• Provide real‑time shift information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout the shift to meet or exceed forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions to resolve performance issues such as process readiness, 5S, safety, and training.
• Analyze data to solve logistics and supply‑chain challenges and drive process optimization.

Required profile

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience building and managing large, high‑performance teams.
• Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decisions.
• Experience in fast‑moving, high‑performance environments and delivering innovative solutions.
