Fulfillment Center Supervisor

About the role

Amazon Operations is expanding its team and is looking for a Fulfillment Center Supervisor to lead shift management in first‑mile, middle‑mile, or final‑mile facilities. You will ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality order processing while supporting a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
• Manage, train, and motivate associates to deliver top‑level service.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety standards.
• Provide shift‑related information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation to meet or exceed operational plans.
• Collaborate with support functions to address performance issues such as process readiness, 5S, safety, and training.
• Analyze data and drive process optimization to solve logistics challenges.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk for shifts up to 12 hours, and perform frequent physical tasks (push, pull, squat, bend, reach).
• Flexible availability for weekends, nights, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Possession of a bachelor’s degree (or working towards one).
