Game Operator – Entertainment & Recreation

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Game Operator to join our Entertainment and Recreation Department. In this role you will ensure that all gaming areas run smoothly, providing guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor amusement, bowling, billiards, and electronic gaming equipment.
• Assist guests and provide guidance on game usage and safety procedures.
• Ensure all gaming equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming area.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented.
• Previous experience in entertainment, recreation, or customer service is preferred.
