About the role
We are looking for a General Accountant to join our metal fabrication business in Jeddah. The role covers the full range of financial accounting activities and supports the finance manager in daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform day‑to‑day financial accounting, including WPS and staff provisions.
- Execute bank reconciliations and manage business payments.
- Prepare pre‑payments, monthly provisions, accrual schedules and amortizations.
- Produce accounts payable and receivable aging reports.
- Handle VAT, Zakat and income‑tax submissions.
- Assist internal and external audits.
- Conduct costing, variance analysis and budgeting for sales, costs, staff and operations.
- Generate monthly and yearly financial statements: balance sheet, profit & loss, cash‑flow.
- Analyse financial ratios and provide critical review.
- Oversee inventory, cash, liquidity and fixed‑asset management.
