General Manager – Agriculture

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our agricultural business across Saudi Arabia, overseeing farms in Qassim, Medina, and Jadida. The role involves full responsibility for crop production, farm operations, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire agricultural business in KSA, including farms in Medina and Jadida.
• Oversee irrigation systems, compost preparation and usage, and farm machinery operations.
• Implement plant protection measures and ensure effective crop management.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise a multidisciplinary farm team.
• Maintain agricultural administration and operational standards for large-scale farms, with a focus on date farms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manager in a similar agricultural setting.
• Proven expertise in farm management, irrigation, composting, machinery, and plant protection.
• Strong team management, supervisory, and motivational abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of agricultural administration and operational processes.
• Experience with large farms, especially date farms, is highly preferred.
