About the role

The General Manager, Government Solutions will lead strategic initiatives and operational excellence within our Government Solutions sector. You will leverage deep knowledge of public‑sector operations, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder management to drive sustainable growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to expand the organization’s footprint in the government sector.
• Lead, mentor and build a high‑performance team, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
• Oversee program delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, budgets and timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with federal, state and local government stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and competitive intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in government consulting or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing complex public‑sector projects with measurable success.
• Extensive knowledge of government operations, funding mechanisms, procurement and compliance.
• Demonstrated success in business development and sales within the government sector.
• Strong financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting and profitability management.
• Experience in people management, talent acquisition and performance development.
