About the role
The General Manager – Plastic Manufacturing will lead a leading industrial company in Saudi Arabia, overseeing all aspects of plastic production and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end manufacturing operations, including production, quality, supply chain, maintenance and other operational functions.
- Develop and execute business strategies, operational plans and cost‑control initiatives.
- Oversee P&L, budgeting, financial performance and ensure profitability.
- Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with proven expertise in the plastic manufacturing sector.
- Previous role as General Manager in a plastic manufacturing company is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes and industrial operations.
- Demonstrated leadership, team‑management and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
