About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner to deliver high-quality, patient-centered medical care. The role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing a diverse patient population while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed histories and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and preventive care plans.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions, providing education and self-management support.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists and community resources.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Unrestricted medical license to practice as a General Practitioner in the relevant state.
• Minimum five years of clinical experience in primary care or family practice.
• Strong understanding of healthcare legislation (HIPAA, HITECH) and patient safety regulations.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and CME.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
