Generative AI Engineer – End‑to‑End Model Orchestration

About the role

We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer to design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end AI orchestration pipelines. You will automate data ingestion, model inference, and result delivery while ensuring responsible AI practices across the lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test, version, and deploy GenAI models in reproducible pipelines.
• Enforce technical standards, security linting, and CI/CD processes.
• Supervise data‑ingestion, cleaning, labeling, and quality‑check workflows.
• Coordinate functional, performance, and bias testing; approve model sign‑off packages.
• Trigger CI/CD releases, manage canary/blue‑green rollouts, and define rollback procedures.
• Maintain real‑time monitoring dashboards, review drift reports, and initiate retraining tickets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions, preferably in a regulated financial environment.
• Proven record of shipping production‑grade Generative AI models.
• Strong programming skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
