Governance Manager

About the role

The organization, a leading semi‑government entity in Saudi Arabia, seeks a Governance Manager to lead and continuously improve its corporate governance framework. This role ensures accountability, compliance, and transparent decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enhance the corporate governance framework in line with local regulations and international best practices.
• Develop, review, and maintain governance policies, procedures, charters and related documentation.
• Conduct periodic reviews of governance structures and operating practices to ensure effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with Delegation of Authority, governance policies and coordinate with compliance functions on regulatory matters.
• Prepare governance reports, dashboards and presentations for executive management, the Board and its committees.
• Support governance committees by coordinating meetings, tracking resolutions and monitoring action‑item implementation.
• Identify governance gaps, recommend process improvements and lead special projects that boost accountability and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Corporate Governance, Public Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate governance, compliance, internal control, risk management or a related discipline.
