About the role

Jensen Hughes is offering a structured graduate training program for Saudi nationals interested in fire protection, safety, and engineering. The program runs for 6 months to 1 year at our Al Khobar and Jeddah locations, providing hands‑on experience on real‑world projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers on fire‑protection and life‑safety consulting projects.
• Support quality‑control activities across mechanical, electrical and HSE disciplines.
• Participate in site inspections, risk assessments and documentation preparation.
• Contribute to continuous‑learning sessions and professional development workshops.

Required profile

• Saudi national meeting Tamheer/Tatween program eligibility.
• Fresh graduate or diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Fire Engineering, Quality Control, or Health & Safety.
• Motivated, eager to learn and develop a career in engineering.
