GRC RSA Archer Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a GRC RSA Archer Specialist to support and develop RSA Archer applications within our organization. The role involves configuring workflows, dashboards, and reports while ensuring robust GRC, risk, compliance, and control processes.

Key responsibilities

• Configure RSA Archer workflows, applications, fields, dashboards, and reports.
• Support GRC, risk, compliance, and control processes across the platform.
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, and application issues.
• Assist with changes, upgrades, testing, deployments, and releases.
• Perform incident troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
• Coordinate with security, infrastructure, business users, and vendors.
• Maintain technical documentation and facilitate knowledge‑transfer activities.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Risk Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with RSA Archer configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of GRC, risk, compliance, controls, and assessment workflows.
• Proficiency in ITIL‑based incident, change, and release processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh or remotely depending on project needs.
