Group Marketing Manager

About the role

The Group Marketing Manager will be based in Jeddah and will lead the marketing strategy for Hadya Group’s real‑estate, hospitality and facilities‑management portfolio. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for creating a consistent and compelling brand presence across all current and future projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Oversee brand positioning and messaging for existing and upcoming developments.
• Conduct market research, customer segmentation and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Analyse performance data to optimise budgets and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, operations and external agencies to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Mentor and manage a marketing team, establish processes and ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, media buyers, PR firms and research vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing leadership, preferably within real‑estate, hospitality or related sectors.
• Track record of managing multiple brands or business units.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing roadmaps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
