Group Marketing Manager

About the role

The Group Marketing Manager will lead the marketing strategy and execution for Hadya Group’s portfolio of premium real‑estate, hospitality and destination brands. Based in Jeddah, this full‑time, on‑site position works closely with real‑estate, hospitality, F&B and operations teams to drive customer acquisition, retention and brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans across digital, print and experiential channels.
• Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging for all group brands.
• Manage the marketing calendar, supervise creative development and coordinate with agencies and vendors.
• Analyse performance metrics, optimise campaigns and report ROI to senior stakeholders.
• Control marketing budgets, allocate resources and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong experience in marketing strategy, brand management and integrated campaign planning within real‑estate, hospitality or related sectors.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, performance marketing and analytics tools.
• Experience in market research, consumer insights and competitive analysis.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects, manage agencies and vendors, and oversee creative production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; master’s degree or certifications are a plus.
• Experience in multi‑brand or group‑level roles, preferably in the GCC region.
