Growth Lead

About the role

Stoqa, an AI‑powered platform delivering deep financial market analysis, is seeking a Growth Lead to expand its customer base and boost conversion to paid subscriptions. You will own the end‑to‑end growth funnel, from attracting the right audience to turning them into loyal, paying users.

Key responsibilities

• Drive acquisition of new customers and maximize conversion to paid subscriptions.
• Track and analyse customer behaviour using analytics and tracking tools, and act on insights.
• Design, launch and optimise campaigns that attract, engage and convert prospects.
• Build and nurture relationships with individual and corporate customers, guiding them toward subscription.
• Continuously test, measure and optimise each step of the conversion funnel.

Required profile

• Passionate growth specialist focused on acquiring customers and increasing conversion rates.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using analytics and tracking tools.
• Excellent persuasion and communication skills.
• High energy, resourceful and adaptable, able to leverage any channel to meet targets.

• Proficiency with analytics and tracking platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
