Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Sanabil Studio is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and market validation across its venture studio and portfolio companies. You will work directly with founders to shape go‑to‑market strategies, test ideas in complex markets, and build repeatable growth playbooks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead growth‑driven validation for new venture ideas, including demand testing in complex or non‑obvious markets.
• Design and run creative experiments that generate real market signals.
• Collaborate with founders to define positioning, ideal customer profiles, pricing, and go‑to‑market motion.
• Execute hands‑on growth activities such as landing pages, outreach campaigns, partnerships, and early‑stage advertising.
• Support portfolio companies post‑launch as a growth partner to founders and early GTM hires.
• Develop and document repeatable growth and validation playbooks for the studio.

Required profile

• 6–10+ years of experience in growth, early go‑to‑market, or venture‑backed startups.
• Strong generalist mindset: solve problems first, then identify the right channel.
• Proven track record working directly with founders in ambiguous, early‑stage environments.
• Comfortable validating enterprise, regulated, or operationally complex products.
• Ability to move from strategy to execution without relying on large teams or budgets.
