Guest Room Attendant

About the role

The Guest Room Attendant ensures each guest room at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is immaculate, welcoming and ready for arrival. Working within the Housekeeping department, you will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and service for our luxury property.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all surfaces, floors, furniture and fixtures in guest rooms according to established protocols.
• Replenish room amenities, including toiletries, towels, linens and minibar items.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or irregularities and promptly report them to the appropriate department.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to achieve timely room turnover and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality results.
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Observant and proactive in identifying and reporting maintenance needs.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast‑paced luxury hotel environment.
