Hospitality Operations Manager – Freelance (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

JOIN the team delivering world‑class hospitality for the AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027. MATCH Hospitality is building a network of freelance professionals to manage the Official Hospitality Programme across tournament venues from December 2026 to February 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate venue operations and ensure operational readiness.
• Oversee premium catering services and technical infrastructure delivery.
• Manage guest experience, including access, hosting, and entertainment.
• Deliver match‑day operations and produce accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering hospitality programmes at major international sports events.
• Expertise in stadium hospitality operations.
• Strong background in managing contractors and service providers.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
• Current accommodation in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam.
