Guest Transport Driver

About the role

The Guest Transport Driver is responsible for safely moving hotel guests to and from designated locations using the property vehicle. This full‑time position requires professional interaction with guests and strict adherence to safety and documentation procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests to/from assigned destinations and document each trip before departure and after completion.
• Park the vehicle in the designated area when not in use.
• Inspect the vehicle for damage, cleanliness, tire pressure, fluid levels and refuel as needed.
• Notify appropriate personnel of any maintenance needs and document vehicle incidents.
• Report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Uphold confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Assist coworkers, treat everyone with dignity and respect, and contribute to team goals.
• Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, stairs, and service ramps while using manual and fine motor skills.
• Welcome guests according to company standards, communicate clearly, and answer telephone calls with proper etiquette.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
