Handover Specialist – Premium Vehicle Delivery

About the role

The Handover Specialist is responsible for the final, critical moment of the customer journey – vehicle delivery. You will ensure every customer receives a structured, premium, and brand‑aligned handover experience, turning a successful sale into a lasting relationship.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct OEM‑aligned vehicle handovers, including feature walkthroughs, infotainment setup, and activation of connected services.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery (PDI, detailing, fuel/charge level, accessories) and ensure they meet presentation standards.
• Verify and capture all required documentation and customer signatures, ensuring compliance with KYC and audit standards.
• Educate customers on safety systems, ADAS, infotainment, EV/hybrid usage, charging procedures, and service plans.
• Perform post‑delivery follow‑up calls, gather feedback, and promote loyalty programmes.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of customer‑facing experience in automotive sales, premium retail, hospitality or aviation.
• Previous experience in vehicle handover, sales support or high‑value customer service is strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Strong product knowledge of vehicle range, including EV and hybrid technologies.
• Proficiency with OEM mobile applications, infotainment systems and connected vehicle platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM and Dealer Management Systems (DMS) for documentation and data management.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills for reporting and documentation.
