About the role

The Head of Marketing will lead the development and execution of brand and communication strategies to strengthen brand equity and drive market growth. Reporting to senior leadership, this role oversees all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities across territories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated communication strategies that enhance brand preference.
• Manage media planning and execution to maximize resource utilization and brand visibility.
• Lead and coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional teams across all regions.
• Define product positioning and brand messaging using integrated communication tools.
• Create business plans that target top‑line and bottom‑line profitability.
• Ensure consistent brand implementation in stores and territories.
• Liaise with media groups to design thematic communication aligned with brand goals.
• Plan and execute brand promotions, events, and in‑store/out‑door media campaigns.
• Prepare annual marketing budgets, allocate resources, and monitor budget utilization.
• Maintain brand databases and oversee the production of promotional materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management and integrated communication.
• Strong background in media planning, budgeting, and promotional activities.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate with external media partners.
• Excellent analytical skills to forecast ROI and track campaign performance.
