Head of Network (DC Network)

About the role

The Head of Network (DC Network) will lead the secure and efficient operation of Riyad Bank’s data‑center networking components, including ACI, firewalls, IPS, LTM, WAF, GTM, wireless, proxy and NAC. This senior position ensures maximum performance, availability and continuous monitoring to support the bank’s business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce policies, processes and procedures for network operations and ensure compliance across the team.
• Oversee day‑to‑day network operations, monitoring, problem solving and upgrades for all listed technologies.
• Guide analysis of business growth and current infrastructure to identify required network improvements and investments.
• Direct network engineers and technicians in implementing projects, selecting service providers and maintaining high‑quality services.
• Manage the data‑center technology budget, procurement, licensing and cost‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of relevant experience in network operations, preferably within the banking sector.
• Proven project‑management skills and ability to lead a team of Saudi national staff.
