Head of Operations

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Operations to lead our multi‑site retail business. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across all locations and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day‑to‑day business operations, ensuring consistent execution of operational standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that support overall business goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators, analyse results and initiate action plans to meet targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Manage operational budgets, allocate resources and produce performance reports.
• Coach, mentor and develop regional management teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to support growth and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in retail or multi‑site operations.
• 3–5 years of proven leadership experience managing regional or operational teams.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
