Head of Recruitment

About the role

We are hiring an experienced and proactive Head of Recruitment for a reputed company in Riyadh, KSA. The role involves managing end‑to‑end HR operations and supporting workforce requirements for projects and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and non‑technical positions.
• Coordinate manpower planning with project and department heads.
• Handle employee onboarding, contracts, renewals, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Oversee attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and benefits administration.
• Coordinate visas, work permits, medicals, and government formalities.
• Support performance management, appraisals, and employee relations.
• Address employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit procedures.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and assist in HR audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 13–15 years of HR experience, preferably in HVAC, construction or MEP companies.
• Strong understanding of Qatar Labour Law and immigration procedures.
• Experience hiring engineers, technicians and site workforce.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HR systems.
