Key responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical issues in heavy equipment using diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and track service schedules with maintenance management software.
• Repair engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems to restore equipment functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to develop maintenance plans that optimize equipment uptime.
• Maintain a clean, organized workshop and adhere to safety regulations.
• Document all repair and maintenance activities for compliance and accountability.
• Train and mentor junior mechanics, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Assist in procuring parts, evaluating suppliers, and ensuring quality standards.
