Home Business Coordinator

About the role

The Home Business Coordinator will support home‑care operations, ensuring smooth communication between patients, nurses, healthcare providers and internal teams. This role is ideal for recent healthcare graduates who want to start a career in a patient‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate home care service requests and patient deliveries.
• Communicate with patients, nurses, healthcare providers and internal teams.
• Prepare quotations, reports and business documentation.
• Monitor orders, ensure timely processing and follow‑up.
• Maintain customer and product information in SAP.
• Provide administrative and after‑sales support to patients and customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Sciences, Social Work, Pharmacy or related healthcare discipline.
• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
• Strong patient‑focused mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Arabic (native or professional level).
• Intermediate English (B1‑B2) for written communication.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Experience using SAP for customer and product data management.
