Hospitality Development Manager – Saudi Nationality by law

About the role

The Hospitality Development Manager will lead the design and technical integration of new hotel projects in Saudi Arabia. This engineering‑focused position ensures that architectural, interior design, MEP and operational requirements are aligned throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review and coordinate architectural, interior design (ID), MEP and hotel operational requirements at a development‑management level.
• Collaborate with international hotel operators, technical services teams, brand teams and hotel management companies to ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Oversee FF&E, OS&E specifications, procurement packages and operator requirements.
• Support pre‑opening activities and technical services during the delivery phase of upscale or luxury hotel projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Hospitality Development or a closely related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 3 years directly involved in hotel development, design coordination, technical services or pre‑opening support.
• Experience on a full‑service upscale or luxury hotel project through a meaningful development stage.
• Proven ability to coordinate with international hotel operators and brand teams.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to review drawing and PDF mark‑ups.
• Experience using SharePoint or equivalent document‑control environments.
