Revenue Manager – Hotel (Saudi National)

About the role

We are seeking a Saudi national to lead revenue management for The House Hotel Jeddah, a 129‑room property positioned on the Red Sea coastline. The Revenue Manager will develop and execute strategies that maximise revenue, profitability and market share across all distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise hotel revenue, profitability and market share.
• Manage pricing, inventory and distribution across direct channels, OTAs, GDS and other platforms.
• Prepare accurate revenue forecasts, budgets and performance reports.
• Monitor KPIs such as Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, RGI, MPI and ARI.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead revenue and commercial strategy meetings and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office and Finance.
• Analyse booking pace, segmentation, channel performance and length‑of‑stay patterns to support pricing decisions.
• Support pre‑opening and seasonal ramp‑up activities, including system configuration and pricing strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience with solid revenue management background and at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Saudi national.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS) and channel manager platforms.
• Proficiency in revenue reporting and analytics tools.
