Hotel Accountant – Odoo ERP Specialist

About the role

Lumera International Residence Hotel is looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to lead the hotel’s financial operations. The role combines traditional accounting duties with hands‑on management of the Odoo ERP system, supporting budgeting, reporting and payroll in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and process daily hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, operating expenses and overall financial performance.
• Operate, maintain and manage all accounting functions through the Odoo ERP system.
• Process payroll, invoices, supplier accounts and vendor payments in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations, accounting standards and tax requirements.
• Coordinate with senior management on financial planning, forecasting and strategic budgeting.
• Support internal and external audits and provide financial analysis and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting.
• Prior exposure to international hotel operations, especially within the Gulf region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Odoo ERP system.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting tools.
