About the role
The Guest Environment Expert creates memorable, clean experiences for hotel guests. Working across rooms and public areas, you will ensure the hotel environment meets Marriott’s high standards of safety, quality and hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to guest requests promptly and restock housekeeping carts.
- Clean guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to brand‑specified standards.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies and maintain confidentiality.
Required profile
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks safely.
- Commitment to upholding quality standards, professional appearance and communication.
- Willingness to work flexible hours in a full‑time, onsite role.
