HR Analytics Analyst

About the role

The HR Analytics Analyst supports HR analytics activities by collecting, organizing and analysing data from multiple sources. The role also develops and maintains AI and Business Intelligence solutions to enable data‑driven HR decision‑making while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and apply predictive models to identify trends, patterns and solutions for HR business needs.
• Create HR analytical models and forecasting techniques to maximise the use of HR data for decision‑making.
• Analyse drivers of high performance and employee attrition using predictive analytics.
• Maintain talent inventory by analysing talent characteristics and benchmarking internal and external talent.
• Prepare workforce analytics dashboards covering attrition, absence, performance, diversity, cost and headcount, and share insights with HR Business Partners.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and accessibility to support a single source of truth for HR data.
• Support integration of new technologies into HR data standards and comply with data quality processes.
• Develop and support machine‑learning algorithms and AI prototypes, including testing, training materials and support procedures.
• Maintain Business Intelligence solutions to meet organisational HR analytics requirements.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience, preferably in digital enablement, analytics or data governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable HR insights.
