HR Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized and detail‑oriented HR Coordinator to join Arena Fitness Innovation, a leading sports academy in Saudi Arabia. The role will support the HR Operations function by handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and processing HR transactions through Saudi government platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HR Operations and administrative activities.
• Maintain and update employee records, documents, and HR databases.
• Assist with employee onboarding, off‑boarding, transfers, and related processes.
• Process HR transactions through government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and others.
• Ensure employee information and documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Assist with employment contracts, renewals, and related documentation.
• Coordinate HR‑related requests with employees and internal departments.
• Follow up on employee visas, work permits, and residency processes when required.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and documentation as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
• Provide general support to the HR team in day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in HR Operations.
• Good understanding of basic Saudi labor and HR procedures.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Saudi government HR platforms: Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
