About the role

The HR Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of our accounting firm in Riyadh. You will drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion while ensuring a welcoming and supportive workplace for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, implementing policies and procedures aligned with strategic goals.
• Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and feedback mechanisms.
• Lead recruitment efforts by collaborating with department heads, crafting job descriptions, and conducting interviews.
• Implement training and development programs that match employee career goals and organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations, regularly reviewing HR policies and mitigating legal risks.
• Manage employee relations, providing guidance, facilitating conflict resolution, and fostering a harmonious workplace.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support organizational change initiatives.
• Prepare and manage the HR budget, ensuring cost‑effective alignment with financial objectives.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees at all levels.
