HR Policies Section Manager

About the role

The HR Policies Section Manager will lead the development, maintenance and implementation of HR policies and the internal regulations (“La‑ehah”) for Saudi Telecom Company. Reporting to senior HR leadership, the role ensures that all business activities and employee actions align with the defined policies and Saudi labor legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update HR policies covering recruitment, learning, performance, rewards, career development, succession planning, Saudization, employee relations and termination.
• Maintain and validate the internal regulations (“La‑ehah”) and ensure their compliance with legal requirements.
• Coordinate policy validation with the Legal General Directorate to guarantee alignment with labor law.
• Lead the HR Policies Section team, set performance standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Cascade corporate HR strategy to the section, create business plans and monitor achievement of objectives.
• Promote policy awareness through internal campaigns and change‑management initiatives.
• Communicate policies to all employees, ensuring understanding of rights, duties and compliance expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive HR policies across multiple HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and experience working with legal departments for policy validation.
• Leadership experience managing a dedicated HR policies team.
• Ability to translate corporate HR strategy into actionable section plans.
• Excellent communication skills to convey policies and drive organization‑wide awareness.
