About the role
We are seeking an HR Specialist with over three years of experience to join our team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The role supports and manages core HR functions, ensuring efficient processes that align with organizational objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations and personnel administration.
- Coordinate employee development initiatives and training programs.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR metrics.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline HR processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.40/4.00.
- At least three years of experience as an HR Specialist.
- Experience in maintenance and operations projects is preferred.
- Background in Human Resource Development (HRD) and KPI tracking.
- Strong problem‑solving, multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
