HR Trainee – Tamheer Programme

About the role

Join Azad Properties as an HR Trainee through the Tamheer Programme and gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR administration within a fast‑growing real‑estate company.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records, perform data entry in HR systems and manage files in line with data‑protection policies.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, internal communications and wellbeing programs.
• Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, reference letters and training materials under supervision.
• Handle basic payroll queries, benefits administration and respond to HR questions confidentially.
• Participate in learning‑and‑development sessions, track attendance and collect feedback.
• Contribute to HR projects on policy development, diversity and inclusion.
• Attend HR meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Saudi national, not registered in GOSI for the past six months and no prior participation in the Tamheer programme.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional, discreet attitude.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
